For the purposes of this Policy; the term, “App”, shall refer to iLogistics Go and iLogistics Checkin apps that are hosted in Google PlayStore and Apple AppStore; the term ‘User’ shall mean the individuals authorised by our Customer to download and use the App; the term ‘Customer’ shall mean the entity which authorizes you to use the App.

What are the Personal Information that we collect and process?For the purposes of this privacy statement, 'Personal Information' is any data which relates to an individual who may be identified from that data, or from a combination of a set of data.
In general, you may use our App for checking the latest information of your travel booking including travel approval status and ticketing. You can also use the App to view the travel requirements to a selected location and even use it to create a travel booking for yourself. The App can be used for performing self checkin at airports, camp sites etc.
We collect the following categories of personal information on behalf of our Customer:We use your Personal Information for providing you with the latest information of your travel booking including travel approval status and ticketing. As a policy we try to limit the collection and processing of sensitive Personal Information for this purpose. We may use the analytics information when you use the App to help us improve them. We may also share anonymous data about your actions on our App with third-party service providers of analytics services. We do not link the information we store within the analytics software to any Personal Information you submit within the App.
What control do you have on your information that we collect?To request modification, erasure or a copy of the Personal Information processed for the provision of services under this App, you may please contact the Customer.
